Return and Refund Policy

FOR PRODUCTS


At Bright Ideas, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 15-day refund and exchange policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.


1. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. After 15 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means the T-shirt should be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.
  • In its original packaging. Please include all original tags and packaging materials.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • T-shirts that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount coupon are final and cannot be returned.
  • Custom-designed or personalized T-shirts.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [Your Email Address] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the T-shirt securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange your T-shirt for a different size, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new size to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective T-shirt, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FOR SERVICES THROUGH BRIGHT IDEAS CONSULTING


At Bright Ideas & Ventures Consulting, all bookings made for sessions are final and non-refundable. We dedicate time, effort and preparation to each client appointment, and cancellations disrupt the availability of limited slots for others.


Bookings

  • All bookings are strictly on a FIRST COME FIRST served basis. Clients can book time as per online calendar and on confirmation of order pay the amount due via the payment link shared. All payments are to be made in advance.


Re-scheduling

  • Once an appointment is confirmed and paid, you may chose to re-schedule. However, any such rescheduling is subject to the availability of time slots on the calendar. 


Cancellations

  • Once an appointment is confirmed and paid, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances. Please make sure you are available before completing your booking.


Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for any booked consultation. Refunds will only be considered in the rarest of cases, such as a complete technical failure on our end that prevented the session from happening. To request a refund in such exceptional cases, you must email us within 24 hours of the appointment time at info@brightideas.ventures with the subject line “Refund Request” and a detailed explanation of the issue.
